Yes, that is what it is for.

I round the end first, cut it to length, install it in the ZCI Sled (on the Mark V Table Saw) to cut the kerf, install it in the same ZCI Sled (on the Mark V Drill Press) to drill and countersink the holes.

I believe that I'll be able to do a batch of about twelve ZCIs in less than an hour.

I have been scribing the round end with a compass and sanding them to the line on the belt sander. This doesn't take long but I screw up ever now and then.

And here I thought that you were building a clay pigeon thrower...
