White oak and Aluminum.
Stainless steel screws.
3-1/2 inches square, 1-1/4 inches tall.

I will make multiples of these. I will peddle them at flea markets!

So, what or which blade can I use to cut aluminum on my bandsaw? Please advise!

Really like the White oak and Aluminum look.

For the smoothest cuts I would suggest for 1/4" aluminum, a 10 to 14 TPI blade with constant pitch. You could probably use a wood working blade but they generally have a variable pitch. would require a bit more work to smooth it out.

If you want a definitive answer, call Suffolk Machinery the maker of Timberwolf blades. They even know what a SS is and gave me good advice when I called and wanted a selection of blades for various things including a non-ferrous blade for soft metals.

BTW, if you order direct from Suffolk the blades are much cheaper than the resellers.

Mike Young used a Lennox blade to cut metal (steel actually but they have blades for most needs). They make blades in 72". Available through many sources including Amazon.
