Toolkraft version of the Sawsmith RAS?

Was scanning through some very old magazines today in an effort to clean up my office, and saw the following in the February 1960 edition of The Home Craftsman magazine:

I thought the product image was REALLY familiar, and even though the resolution was poor, it was clear they hadn’t even bothered to change the picture to sell it under another brand name.

I wonder how many these guys actually sold of these Yuba-manufactured saws?
