So....pulled the motor, and clearly not the original. Westinghouse, 1/3Hp . Moving forward, I'll have to find a replacement. Seen them on e-bay. Thanks for the advice on Hp....I'll keep my eye out.

Damn! I figured as much. I deeply appreciate all the feed back. I don't fault the seller as he said it was his dads,, and wasn't sure of the condition.
