Got it off! Seems the shaft just was just coated with a hardened film of glop. I just kept working the edges of the fan up & down and after a great deal of effort it reluctantly slide off. Thank you for your suggestions. I'm sorry, I believe I have my terminology wrong. It is the fan assembly I am trying to get off. I previously removed the motor pan & belt covers, thoroughly blew out the area, reassembled it but continue to get Error 1 message. That's when I called SS.

I have removed the retainer clip and mounting bolts and have tilted the motor for better access. I received a RPS Error 1 and SS engineer suggested that I remove it for a through blow out and wire inspection.

Power Pro Motor pulley removal problem
I am trying to remove the motor pulley on the Power Pro. I have removed the setscrew but the pulley will not budge. Any suggestions?
