Dust Collection for Above Table Router
What do folks do about dust collection for the above table router?
Anyone create a way to get chips from below?
I just bought a Mark 7 and am starting to work with the router. Would appreciate your collection ideas.

Re: MINWAX alternative - Rust-olem?
Hmmm... they suggest using a furniture or wood wax w/o any additives. What's the composition of Rust-oleum? There is no Rust-Oleum wax... I'd be careful using making sure there are no ingredients that can be corrosive. I've read that it can be particularly corrosive to some metals.

Re: Riving Knife
1/2 the blade width, horizontally...
Was that way with the saw guard, which came new... it appeared to be bent. I ordered a new one. Prior to attaching the saw guard, I checked the new one. It was still half the blade width off, horizontally. About 1/16"

Riving Knife
Just bought a new Mark 7...
Setting up the table saw, I cannot get the riving knife centered over the blade. It's about 1/2 over the blade. Are there any adjustments? Can't find anything in the manual...

Re: What to do with my tools
Ed... There are community website pages in which people offer a wide variety of things for exchange or outright giving away. You might think about inviting proposals on how people would use your gift of your tools. Describe the tools, your love of them, and your hope for the recipient and then invit...

Mark 7 120 v 240
Dear Shopsmith Officanados,
I'm taking delivery of my new Mark 7 later this week. I'm hoping for your opinion/advice about using 120v or 240v... What are your thoughts?
Thanks in advance!
