I have lubricated both sheave shafts and did the high speed adjustment. Still not right. Waiting on a tach now to see if it helps figure out anything.

Speed Dial Problem
I'm having a problem getting the speed dial to adjust to a slower speed. I can adjust speeds up and down normally and easily from C throuh the top speed.
