Cordless Tool -- Sho Orgainization

I built my shop using the "American Woodworker" "Hyper-Organize Your Shop" plans. The really nice thing about the plan is that I have reorganized my shop twice since building it. The plan makes for easy rearranging especially for specific building projects.

Bandsaw Tire Urethane upgrade??

A couple years ago I upgraded (Changed) my bandsaw to the Urethane tires. I am light user of the bandsaw but recently I changed the blade for some resawing (1/2 inch blade) and thought I had made all the appropriate adjustments before starting it up.

I had a very simple sawing job on a piece of 1/4 ...

I am not one to post on this forum but read it regularly and I thought I should add my experience with the with both fence systems.

I have the Incra® TSIII Ultra Fence System for the Shopsmith that I picked up on Ebay about a year ago. About 6 months ago I pick up the 520 upgrade for my Shopsmith ...

If you want to build something like a Sandflee, you can get kits which are called Vdrum kits. http://www.stockroomsupply.com has the kits but also has links to streaming videos, sample plans, and other instructions. The plans and videos are great becasue you can design your own that fits your shop ...

SandFlee - Build your own

Most of my shop is Shopsmith equipment. However, I could not spend the money on a new Sandflee. I enjoy building my own jigs and tools. Therefore searched the internet, found the parts, the plans and build my own 24 inch version of the Sandflee for about 60% of a new version.

It works really well ...
