It was a DIY upgrade, so fairly easy swap out. Not many parts in there with PowerPro.

Called shopsmith on monday, terrific customer service, gave me two options, 1) they would send materials to pack and send headstock in for repair or 2) they would send a new control panel and power module. PP problem

Power pro has been working fine until this evening. Symptoms:
When turning on power switch everything comes up normally, ie 500 rpm etc.

Thanks, seems like a capacitor is discharging. Glad it's normal.

PowerPro Low Voltage

Finished my DIY powerpro upgrade. When I turn off power switch, get low voltage error for about 10 seconds and then a few flashes before shutdown. All else seems to function properly. Is this normal?
