Does anyone know how I would purchase one of the phenolic rings that is part of the centrifical switch on the Emerson motor?

Could be one of 2 things - the nut that holds the outfeed table could be too tight. Has anyone done comprehensive schematic on the wiring for this? I am going to make a stab at this but just don't follow the wiring very well.

The 2 extra holes you wondered about are there to attach the dust chute to the main assembly.
