Belt Sander Drive sleave material

Post by bhurley »

Has anyone come up with a replacement material to use for the rubber sleave that covers the drive hub on a belt sander? It is not serviceable through SS.

Thanks in advance

It used to be. Did you request SS for it? I ordered one and can find the part # if you need it.

Thank you very much. I am amazed - the last time I inquired about this part Jan told me that it was not available as a component. She said I would have to buy the $100 assembly.

Thank you very much for the great news.

Don't rejoice until you have placed an order and been given an indication that it will ship. Actually, you probably should not rejoice until you have recived it.

The current catalog clearly indicates it to not be a "replacement part".

If I were you, I would order online and wait patiently.
