Hello All,
I have made a tea box out of "Roasted" Maple and I am just ready to put on a finish. I have not worked with roasted maple before and am looking to find out if anyone found a nice finishing process which preserves it rich color? Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the advice and I just tried to run it back down to slow it stopped and felt like it was binding somewhere. I did not want to force it down any further for fear of breaking something. Cracked Headstock Casing
Hello,
I am looking for everyones advice here on repair techniques to repair a crack in the casing to the headstock. The mounting for the speed control is broken and I need to rebuild it so the speed control mounts properly. Any and all suggestiosn are encouraged!

Speed Control Reassemby???
Hello,
I am in the process of a refurbish on an old machine I came across. When I attempt to replace the speed control bracket it is hitting the control sleave. Is there an adjustment I can make so they do not touch?
