OK checked all the belts and readjusted the speed control. Not sure what the problem was but everything is in working order.

Thanks JP - I'll check this all out again. Now that I think about it I might have the high speed adjustment wrong. I adjusted the controller stop just before it would hit the upper sheave. This might have caused the belt to be out to the edge on the bottom sheave.

I'll check all what you suggested ...

I have been looking around for this problem but can't seem to find the answer.
When using my SS 510 the last time I noticed that when dialing up to the high speed the RPM's seem very slow.

I found instructions on how to adjust the high speed and when doing so the RPM's are still not as ...
