I know the 33B jacobs is a standard and in past years you could get a rebuild kit which also fit the 3326

At what point does a shaper make sense? The price of large routers, big tables and fences easily get into the shaper price range. A shaper will run all day and an induction motor is much quieter. Plus a big cast iron table.
Just a devil's advocate question.

I have an arbor that came with a 10ER and it had 2 set screws. Now perhaps there was an after market supplier?

RLKeeney I tend to use threaded inserts in fixtures. and move the clamps from fixture to fixture. If the hole patterns aren't consistent It means you can't interchange them

Ah the Hrbor Freight ones aren't consistent, The hole patterns vary from batch to batch.

I've had these on my 10ERs and my mark VII for several years. Mine are mounted directly to the machine. and work like a charm. And I don't have to worry about restarts after power restoration. And an easy emergency stop buttom.

I worked at a place that had a 7 1/2 HP Dewalt radial arm saw. RS of any kind make me uncomfortable. But that monster scared me. I think it was just because it was big (if i remember right a 22" blade)
