Thank you for your reply. I used the procedure on pg. 22, still up away from the table. When reading other replies I find that some believe a bit above the table on the out feed end is not unreasonable. I can use an auxiliary fence if I need dead flat for rip cuts.

:confused: I'm having a problem with the fence rest on my model 510. When the fence is clamped into position the fence rest holds the rip fence above the table and there is about a 3/32" gap on the outfeed side of the fence. Is this a matter of adjustment or is the fence rest at fault? Any replies ...
