I didn't note last evening when turning it off, as part of the belt tensioning, but now, when I turn it off, the screen stays on reporting low voltage error, and then it goes off.
Is that normal?

Re: What did I buy, 500 or 510?
I found the error of my ways...
The instructions said to cut out the template, put it over the hole, as in the figure, mark the hole, enlarge it. The picture shows a pan with two holes. Mine had three.
I enlarged the hole the power cord had gone through.
Wrong hole!

Well, I've not made anymore adjustments or fixes to the unit, been using it a bit, and getting my bandsaw and joiner working.
And I received my DIY Power Pro Upgrade, and I've been upgrading my "spare" headstock. And I'm so close to finished, and am having a problem.
Three points...

Re: Bandsaw blades keep falling off -HELP ME PLEASE!
Well, I ordered the urethane tires, and received them, and this evening put them on. Not the easiest thing. Set them in hot tap water, should've been about 110 degrees, about 10-15 minutes. Pulled on out, stretched it. Put the tire's weld on the wheel. Put vise grips on the wheel at that point ...

Re: Bandsaw blades keep falling off -HELP ME PLEASE!
Well, checked the wheels. They were co-planer. A straight edge laid across the top wheel's rims (a tad off center, so as not to hit the hub) fell straight on to the lower wheel's rims.
I grabbed the top and bottom of the upper wheel, pushed the top back, bottom forward and checked again. Repeated ...

Re: Bandsaw blades keep falling off -HELP ME PLEASE!
Picky details:
The back of the blade should ride about 1/4" from the rim(the cant determines that).
The back of the blade is guided on to the wheels by the upper(rear) guide bearing(s) and the lower(front under the table) guide bearing.
'We' have historically determined cant by the straight edge ...

Re: Bandsaw blades keep falling off -HELP ME PLEASE!
Ok... My tire (blue) came off (lower) and got chewed up a tad. I've been reading numerous posts and am going to try a recap of what I've learned.
Problem... running the bandsaw (too fast I found out later) it eventually made a bit of noise, not screeching, not clunking, and stopped. I quickly ...

Re: Current email offers Bandsaw eccentric tubes
Well, I think it might've been a bit of skew between the old single tilt and the new double tilt.
I set the BS in the mount, and then loosened the set screws holding the eccentrics to the BS, so everything was loose. Of course it dropped below the hub. Then shifted left and right to line it up, and ...
