Let's try this. (A) Has to go through (B) then into (C) In order to keep (B) from moving. In order for that to happen, there has to be a way to secure (A) into (C) The only way I can figure is that (C) was, or is supposed to be Threaded, as there is no other way of securing it. I have all the parts. I think I will drill the hole oversize, weld a plug in it, re drill and tap it.
