Scroll saw belt

I just got a great deal on a shopsmith scroll saw. It's the one mounted on a stand. I need a belt for it. Also should I take it off the stand so I can mount it on my shopsmith?

The older aluminum discs and the shorter arbor will work, but only off the side of the table. Ok whats the secret to removing the Velcro for the d...
