Is there any way to order caster followers (the toilet-paper cardboard tube shaped sleeves) that the casters slip into? These are the ones with the C-shaped spring clip. Does that mean it is a 2 bearing quill? How can I tell for sure?

As usual all of you are very helpful. I stocked up on mineral spirits, brass brush, 400 grit wet/dry sandpaper, JPW, scotchbrite, 3 in 1 oil. All I have to do is add elbow grease.....Does anyone know which gray paint to use to touch up the SS?

Looks very impressive. I would love to have that machine. I am currently looking for a SS but I live in NJ. I wish one that clean were available here.
