I have until this time never had a need to raise the headstock to the vertical Drill Press position. However, I just found it is easier for me to replace the V-Belt in the vertical position. But now that I have completed that, I can't figure out how to unlock the headstock to lower the unit back ...

Speed Changer seizes-up as you start to rotate it, and when you turn-on the machine it trips the circuit breaker?

Any alternative suggestions on replacing Casters without having to turn-over the entire machine on it's back? I received the new Casters but was unaware I had to get involved with heavy machinery moving. That may have been okay for me 25 years ago, but not anymore.
