Re: Mark 5 Dealers Manual

This brochure is 11 1\2" by 8" tall. It was folded to fit in the manual. I retouched the front cover and for the most part got rid of the heavy crease. The back cover is shown as scanned. It will get fixed before it is uploaded. These brochures are probably around. But I am posting anyway ...

Re: Mark 5 Dealers Manual

I will check it out. Thanks.
There are 4 booklets in the manual. The booklet below is 5 1/2" by 7 1/2 inches. It is in pretty good shape with a small amount of retouching needed. The front cover has been fixed and the back cover has not. I got a kick out of pages 10 and 11.
Enjoy.

Re: Mark 5 Dealers Manual

Everett, I would be more than happy to share this manual. However, being over 200 pages, how about if I put it all on a thumb drive and mail it to you. I scan everything in a 350 DPI Tif. I touch them up as I go. Some are not fixable. But I do the best I can. Almost all the pages have chipping on on...

Mark 5 Dealers Manual

I have an interesting book Shopsmith supplied to their salesmen in 1957. I have scanned about 1/4 of the book so far. And I found many interesting pages. I decided to post a couple of pages and ask a question. Shown are two price list pages. There is a column that tells whether the part will work on...

Re: Calling for Submissions - Everett

I may have some stuff of interest. I recently purchased a Dealers Book from 1957. I have been scanning it and will start a new thread sometime today concerning some of the more interesting pages I have scanned so far. Anyway, after reading this thread I looked in the Manuals chapter and found the Ma...

Re: My Shopsmith 10ER

Russ, Yes, I sure wish I had the original letter Mr. Jenkins wrote. Reading that letter made me jump to the conclusion he had asked questions about his Shopsmith. He talked about the quill and an eccentric motion. Then mentioned the spindle and bearing assembly. Russ I see you live near me. I live i...

My Shopsmith 10ER

Not sure where to start. I have been reading threads for several weeks now. And I have learned a lot. It seems some experts here know just about everything there is about the 10E and 10ER. So now it's time to ask questions. First a little bit about myself. I purchased my first Shopsmith in the 70's....
