Howdy,
To answer the original question, I've had good luck running a separate load in the washer with rags, detergent, and Oxyclean. The cleaning removed the oils, waxes, and glue from the rags. Just don't put anything (clothing, etc) else in the washer.

Howdy folks, I've struggled with connecting the DC-3300 hoses to other tools, e.g., DW 735 Planer. I used duct tape, etc., but none held for long. I love the Worksharp 3000. I easily sharpen chisels, plane blades, etc with it. I prefer it to any of the other methods of sharpening woodworking tools. I highly recommend it if you work with hand tools.
