That is interesting...
I happened to run across a magazine sized booklet today that is copyrighted 1992 and I think that is about when I got it. Published by Rodale Press and named "The Well Crafted Workshop, Planning a Shop That Works For You". I must have looked at that book a thousand times (along with a herd of other shop planning books) but today I happened to glance at the author's name, Nick Engler...

I did not equip with Shopsmiths in spite of the setups but because of them.

There is a whole series of books (The Workshop Companion) written by Nick and published by Rodale.
