Hello;
I have recovered a Shopsmith 10E from the back of the garage. The serial number is 30421. Any thougts on the manufacture date?

Hi Again;
A correction on the serial number (after scrubbing the grime off) it is 26421. Any thought on the manufacture date?

Here is a listing of serial numbers of 10E and 10ER machines with an occasional purchase date thrown in. You can get a ballpark idea on machines age. Skip Campbell had and is a treasure trove of 10E/ER information over on the yahoo Shopsmith10ERusers group.
