Some thing I don't think I want in my shop

That is an interesting concept. But I agree, not for $350. I'd be curious to see the specs on the thing (weight capacity, how much room it uses folded up, etc). I kind of do something similar now using a pair foldable saw horses and a couple of repurposed table tops if I need a flat surface and when sawing plywood I just use a couple of 2x's.

Wish they would have shown it being folded up and what it looks like folded.
I think I could get my boat to float on something like that.

I wish the plastic pieces were removable and replaceable.
I know I would clutz it and cut them from time to time.

My biggest problem would be storing it, I think I may have a spot but....

I have one like this that does all I want and it doesn't cost $350. Also it breaks down and stores in a very small space (except the saw horses).

A whip antenna and a hole to park it in. Or a piece of pipe(pvc will do) with a large T on the upper end.

Actually I have an I-V stand in my shop...

It is an old one with a heavy cast iron base. Works great for extra lights etc. I usually keep a couple of extension cords hanging from the top "T".

Just yesterday I found a new 4.5" angle grinder I bought and forgot I had.

I had bought it mainly to use with a carving wheel (which I have not bought yet) and the grinder is still unused.
Maybe I should wrap it and put it under the tree.

The only modifications I would make to this is I would put 1 X 2's on top of the rails, so that they could be changed out. I like your idea and plan to implement it with my modifications. Also, will have a few replacement 1 X 2's with rollers so I can move some cabinets around while doing finish or trimming. Great idea and thanks for sharing.
