This ShopSmith item is so rare that they spelled the name differently!:rolleyes:

Hey! Why not make a ss pin for a M5/V? Ya would only have to drill one teeny tiny hole in 5/8" ss rod(polished and chamfered).






Ya could probably get $59.95 for them!:D

It's already in the works. I want one for my Greenie that's going back together soon.
I don't think I've ever seen a non-rusted factory one!
People for the most part don't realize just how expensive stainless rods are.
I'll shoot a pic and post it when I get er done.

That pin on my Greenie is 3/4", are the later ones different? I think I could retail them for 24.95. Think they would sell?

OK! 3/4" My Bad!:o

I am skeptical!

Drill a 1/4-20 centered hole in each end and sell them as double tilt pins.:D

Trouble is, they never wear out or break!

They never wear out but they always rust.
I am ordering some stainless hardware for a dress up on the greenie, I'll put together some kits and see what happens.
