My bride has the equipment to stitch such items in fact is thinking of stitching a shirt logo before the next demo here. My question being would using the logo on a shirt be a copyright violation if one or even a few are stitched for personal use? Maybe I will just wash my hat and wear it. What I would like to do is have the logo stitched with Jim above it and Sawdust maker below. Jim

Using the logo for commercial work (resale) would be a copyright violation. It is my opinion that one can do anything for ones own use.

Trademark violation. Copyright is for things like plans, books, etc.

If you do it yourself then you are 'usually' fine, but if you were to ever sell it then you could be in big trouble.

Harley Davidson learned many years ago how to make millions by having their customers pay them to become walking billboards for the company. Not sure why Shopsmith no longer offers anything to their customers to help advertise for them.

We are currently putting a baseball cap back into our line, it is available part #523141 @ $9.99. I will try to post a picture, but it is beige with a shopsmith logo.
