OK I'm back and working with firefox over at ssug.org.

Did a clear recent history under Tools, then picked everything option. What ever it was I guess those bits are in the bucket now.

I'm happy that ssug.org is there. I would much rather have it be the main forum for Shopsmith info than a form run by the company. Why? If Shopsmith should go out of business. for any reason everything in this forum would likely disappear forever.

There are other reasons to have a forum some where else that should be obvious if you think about it. Like the rule against selling.

Strange.

Earlier, when other could not connect with SSUG, I was able to. Now that others can connect, I cannot.

Strange.

I am running on Firefox.

PS: Everything works with IE.

Got version 10 yet? A lot of 'problems' have disappeared since I updated. Most of the previous 'addins' were no longer compatible and were dumped. Hmmmm wonder if there is a cause/result relationship there?:rolleyes:

If SSUG doesn't get the $$$ they need, they are GONE too.:eek:
SS 500(09/1980), DC3300, jointer, bandsaw, belt sander, Strip Sander, drum sanders,molder, dado, biscuit joiner, universal lathe tool rest, Oneway talon chuck, router bits & chucks and a De Walt 735 planer,a #5,#6, block planes. ALL in a 100 square foot shop.

The firefox beta channel users here will now be on 11.0, and the problem I'd had at ssug.org returned. I did the clean out and I can now get there again.

Beginning to think this might happen on firefox updates. If things go as they normally do another update will not be far behind and I will be interested to see what happens then.
