Visit From Fellow Shopsmith Addict

Post by fjimp »

Last Saturday Robert who lives South and East of Denver area drove across town for a visit in my shop. We spent most of the morning trading ideas and tricks about our equipment and woodworking. I loved the moment when he first entered my shop. He looked totally shocked, yeah I know he just desired to be polite and puff up my ego. It worked. Robert and I first visited last October when they held a demo in Aurora, CO. It took us a while to get together. I think we both enjoyed the pen he created and carried home to his bride. I truly encourage Shopsmith owners to find fellow addicts in their general area to visit with. The learning opportunities are unreal. Thank you Robert for the visit and kind note today. Jim

My shop is always open for visits. Just call as I spend a lot of time at the doctors office. I do not do any woodworking but feel free to bring any Shopsmith item and I will test it and show you how to rebuild it. Thanks.
