Noisy Upper Bandsaw Wheel

"Metal to metal s.....ing". We have not mentioned the back of the wheel where it bottoms out on the shaft nor the possibility it is dragging against the case(or something else). Now would be a good time to look there!;)

I have a special screw type bearing install tool I made to install these bearings. I had difficullty using any kind of seal/bearing driver tool to install these bearings as the casing tends to mushroomed at the outter edge of the bearing casing. I had very limited success even when the driver pilot shaft was the same ID (snug fit) as the bandsaw shaft and using light taps. No real hammering on the bearing casings.
