New horse barn?

OK, here is the horse barn I want to build, now all I have to do is find the million dollars to build it with :)
Let's see, I am short by... Oh, yeah, a million dollars :D

I cannot imagine anyone of us wanting that horse barn, even farmer. If you have ever cleaned horse stalls, you know why. Can you imagine how many animals could be housed in that place.

The second floor on the right side looks to me like habitation for all your helpers.

Still more horse stalls than I want to be associated with. I'll ride them but I don't want to clean up after them (or chickens and pigs) anymore.
