Looks like PVC pipe - if there's enough fall in it could you route it to the wall to run alongside that other pipe?

The pipes are for household waste as well as rainwater. I really don't fancy playing with sh*t and sewer rats, easier to keep ducking my head.
Didn't do much down there yesterday but it was more than I've done in the last 3 months.
If I keep doing something every day...
