I found this Bernz-o-Matic propane gas lantern at an antique shop in North east Ohio. I have never seen one before and it was $6 so it came home with me. Looking on the net I see they are not rare. A few on e-bay. Anyone know the correct color for the top. I have seen different colors. All look to be a red base. Does it take a regular Colman type mantel used in a white gas lantern. What is the correct globe for this lantern. like the one in the e-bay link?
I kinda halfway collect Coleman white gas lanterns. Just something cheap I run across looking for tools at antique shops. Kinda fun to mess with. I like to sit out on the deck at nights and fire one up. (lantern that is LOL!!!)
