I was looking at a new catalog this morning......
I think my next project is NOT going to require teak dowels. I'm absolutely POSITIVE my CFO would nix the idea (if I had one)

Wow, that's $2,800.00 per board foot for the 1" dowels .
The quarter inch dowels are much more economical at $767.00 per board foot. Guess I'd just use 4 quarter inch dowels instead of 1 one inch dowel to save some money.
