AAW Woodturning Symposium

Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if anyone on this site plans to attend the Amercian Assoc. of Woodturners Symposium that is being held in San Jose, CA on June 8th-10th.

This is the largest woodturning convention in the world and features the top woodturners demonstrating the craft, along with a huge trade show and several galleries of woodturned art. (To bad Shopsmith doesn't have a booth here, a lot of well-known woodturners started on a Shopsmith).

If anyone is attending and would like to get together for lunch let me know so we can set a time, place to meet. If there are enough of us, we can make it a Shopsmith Owners get-together.

I will also be part of the symposium's videographer team, working with several of the woodturning professionals. You will see me operating the cameras during certain classes. Maybe you can stop and say hi.
