Belt Sander

Brand new to the forum. I have a 1980's Shopsmith that my father-in-law gave me.

I have the 6" belt sander. The rubber sleeve on the drive wheel is torn. Where can I get a new one. Also, would the "Flex Seal" rubberized spray work?

I believe this will show you what you need and how to get it. I don't know about repairing it.
