4 years ago the S&P was 6150 nearly reflecting the actual value of the stock it represented. Today is is 13,000 nearly 2 1/2 times the value of what the stock actually represents.
If thinks go bust again which I can't see how they won't you may find your retirement is less than 1/3 what it is today. That my friend is what I call a house of cards.
