Yes, that is true. As advertised, it is reconditioned and sells for about 1/2 of normal cost.

I sure wish that everything that we can buy reconditioned was cheap like that.

The PowerPro does, it would have prevented my from starting it at 3,450. My point was it works great on the 520, the rest was extraneous.
