And, to pay for it, I would part out one of my machines to help me pay for it. Will be so happy to relieve him of his problem.![]()

Hey. thats me
Well i have decided to pick it up. It comes home Monday (I have been out of town all week). I am very excited. My biggest hang up was it is not free and I am not into spending money on things that i won't use. After doing research i am fairly confident that this tool is cable of being more accurate than I am. I'll post more once i start working with it.
Congratulations, you lucky stiff!!!!:pharper_07 wrote:Well i have decided to pick it up. It comes home Monday (I have been out of town all week). I am very excited. Congratulations and welcome to this fine group (of opportunists) and Shopsmith users. If you have a difficulty getting set up, don't hesitate to ask for help. Even though we are jealous, we will help.
You are a winner all around. I just could not believe this follow on offer made by a member of this group. "If you find your not happy with it I'll make you a deal. I'll pay your taxes, and give you my fully equipped 500".
When you get ready to collect, if you have trouble finding this guy, just let me know. I know where he lives.

Welcome to the 'forum', and the mis-understood body of ss converts.
It be a 'different' animal, but therein lies its strength.
Like scotch or bourbon, it takes getting used to but then alternatives are just not as satisfying.
No one has asked, but how come Hartville decided to make a Mark 7 a 'grand' opening prize? Do they have some business relationship with SS?
