Called them and just left message, am about an hour away. Have truck will travel. If it is not available, hopefully someone else has picked it up. Hate to see it taken to the dump, but alas, I maybe to late.algale wrote:There's a free Shopsmith in the Dallas area that needs rescuing. http://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/tls/3152483099.html

They have not returned my call, course it is a weekend and who knows if this is a company line or a personal phone line. Ironically, I used to live about 3 miles from the Plano Heritage Museum about 20 years ago. Maybe they will call tomorrow, but I know there are a lot of woodworkers in the DFW area so hopefully someone picked it up and it did not go to the dump. Will keep ya'll informed....swampgator wrote:Blessings to you, Todd. Hope you get it and provide pix.

I seriously doubt that the foundation would let it go to the dump.tgamel wrote:They have not returned my call, course it is a weekend and who knows if this is a company line or a personal phone line. Rgr that, called them back twice and left message each time on machine, never heard back from them either time. Hope someone got a nice new present, even if it cost them a little elbow grease and a few weekends to get it ready to make sawdust.mikelst wrote:I am in the Dallas area and just checked. the listing is marked as removed by the poster.... it's gone...
