Yes, many parts for the current machines will work on the 10E and 10ER, including the bandsaw. To mount the bandsaw on the 10ER you need a support adapter and the accessory drive kit that you would need to connect it to the headstock on the Mark V to connect it to the headstock on the 10ER.
May Mark V parts work on the 10E/ER. Anything that mounts directly to the shaft will work fine. This includes arbors, chucks, lathe face plates and sanding disks.
You can get a pretty complete list here: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Shopsmith10ERusers/message/16568
I highly recommend joining the Yahoo 10ER users group. You can get a wealth of information from the people in that group. They have been a great help to me over the years. They are at: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Shopsmith10ERusers/ They can sell you or point you to the support attachment to mount the bandsaw. There are even some plans here to build you own adapter.

The old original bandsaw "B" mount adapter is rare & expensive on ebay but there is a vendor who makes a replacement that looks to be very nice. The left side pulley adapter is also hard to find but there's a stubby replacement adapter that can be found on ebay as well. I have one & it works fine. Not sure if it's the same seller as the mount. If you're on a budget, look at pics of the mount & make something out of wood. (we're woodworkers, right?)
Also, I second the comment on joining the 10er users group on Yahoo. Great source of knowledge & downloadable info.

My dad's 1951 10er, 2 more 10er's, same vintage, a Goldie MK5, a 510 shortie with 34inch tubes, bandsaw, jointer, jigsaw, belt sander, a ton of small SS goodies and still looking...you just can't have enough Shopsmith stuff
