Dusty, if you want any computer help, there's a weird guy in Mesa
that MIGHT be able to help you out. He (I) builds his own rigs, and
has been known to water cool CPUs. He (me) also is familiar with
Arizona's "cooling" issues. Especially in August. (My rig runs in a swamp-cooled room.)
