I am interested in acquiring some single bearing Poly-V quills (1961-1984) that I will have machined to accept a second bearing. This may be of interest to anyone upgrading with the PowerPro kit as I do not believe you will have any need for your single bearing quill in the future. I plan to machine some more Gilmer Drive quills (1954-1960) for the second bearing later this year. Shopsmith did not and does not sell any double bearing Gilmer Drive quills.
