Pics from the Outer Banks

Post by wa2crk »

Hi Gang;
The wife and I just got back from a trip to the Outer Banks of North Carolina and I thought I would share a bit of the scenery with you.
We arrived the day before Hurricane Isaac passed offshore so spent most of that day indoors. But here is a pic of the back side of Isaac as it moved North

And of course I can't forget sunrise that same day!!!

We took a road trip and stumbled across this place

Can't help wondering if Nick built this.

We watched the promo film that the National Park Service showed and at the very end Nick did make his appearance.
All in all a very good trip.
