Is this worth $150.00

There are 2 ads here today. Would it be worth the asking price for either or would you pass?

I'd think that the one for $150 would be worth the price if all the parts are there and it runs. If it doesn't run or there are parts missing I'd pay less, using the missing stuff or the fact that it's not running to negotiate a lesser price.

I recently extended my Craigslist searching to Houston and had seen that first listing. Indeed, it is not from 1964. It's from 1953 at the latest.

Is it worth $150? Maybe. But if it were local, I'd offer $75 and be willing to negotiate up to $100. If it had the speed changer or some other rare accessory like the jointer mount or Mark V SPT adapter, I wouldn't hesitate at $150.
