Wide Glue Roller

I needed a wide (6 inch) glue roller but the only one I found on the web was pretty expensive. I did run across a blog that said he use pvc pipe on a paint roller.

It works for me. I found enough 'parts' in-house so I now have my 7 inch roller at minimal cost. After roughing up the surface with P150 paper it works like a champ!:)

Edit: I do push the roller into the pipe before using.
