Boy with all those woodworking places, maybe my wife needs to go shopping in Dallas. It is only 5 hours from Wichita.

5 hours if you are flying but if you are driving the I-35 with the construction slow-downs count on 7 or more. That's almost 400 miles. You can drive that in 5 hours? You must have a pilot relief tube in your car.

About 25 years ago we made a trip to Dallas to pick up a friend and bring back to Wichita. Round trip we were gone 11 1/2 hours. I doubt I could do that now.

Our local Costco is only a ten or twelve minute drive and we get most of our groceries there but there are also things for the shop.;)

These foil trays come with food in them (we usually get Butter Chicken or Cottage pie). Once washed they are handy in the shop to use as parts trays (keeps bits from getting lost while doing maintenance and repairs), or for storage.

These storage bins have been a great help in getting my shop organized (still a work in progresss)

Last weekend I spotted these led book lights.

I didn't really need a book light, but

I did need a work light for my jigsaw. Works great.

So keep an open mind and enjoy your trip.
