It is a little rusty, but a am sure it would clean up pretty good. I would not like that pulley spinning that close to me in drill press mode with out the cover on it.dgale wrote:Here's a $20 10ER that won't be too far out of my way...pretty rusty but I've seen worse:

If I got a 2nd 10E/ER, it would become a dedicated drill press and this one wouldn't be a bad candidate for that if cleaned up.

Wow! What a great deal. An Accessory Stand to boot! Hopefully someone who will use it before a Shopsmith chopper buys it and sells all the pieces on that auction site… I hate seeing that, but I know many people who have made a significant side income by buying a Shopsmith like this and then completely disassembling it and selling what will be easily shipped.
Any members up in Salem, Oregon? This one is begging to be owned & taken care of…

Which is the only reason I haven't upgrade my remaining 50th Anniversary 520 to a power pro. I love that badge! Jimbackhertz wrote: I would love to get ahold of 50th Anniverary Badge for my 1992 headstock. Just because. I think it looks cool.

I'd buy that every day ending in "Y".
The base is worth that much!
It would keep this museum piece out of a landfill, (Or, make some nice extra parts for me, my brothers, and my friends.)
Guys, if you see stuff like that, in the Phoenix area, let me know.
(I'm being stepped to death, by my little kitty. She needs attention.)
