What you are looking at here in the Material Safety sheet is what they are required to report for safety purposes. I have a suspicion it does not cover everything that goes into the formula for MMO. They consider their entire list of ingredients a trade secret. But, it is very possible they are using some other compound or mixture of such to bind to water. Like I mentioned, it is only believed that they use some form of ethanol or alcohol base in their product.
