I didn't see any contact info. I've been looking for a reason to head over that way....

I bought one for about that last year. The original listing had a price twice that and the seller told me he had one person interested at the original price and the person wasn't local. When he dropped the price he said he received 11 emails that day. I just got lucky and was the first person to email him.

My first question would be if it has the aluminum table or cast iron table - if it's aluminum and the bandsaw's in good shape then I'd say that's a great deal...if it has the CI table, I'd say that's about as much as I'd be willing to pay if I was looking for one. I bought one with the aluminum table for $100 about a year ago from our local CraigsList and since have bought the Bandsaw Accessory Kit from SS (fence, circle cutter, and table extension)...now if they'd just send me the table extension that's been back ordered for 4 months, I'd be all set.

Two 10E/ER in parts slowly being restored…#26822 and #????? (SS plate missing)

What's the attraction to the aluminum table? When I bought my bandsaw back in the early 80s it came with a CI table. I have since bought and sold one other SS bandsaw, also with the steel table. Are they interchangeable (if I ever found an aluminum table only)?

I'm curious since I have never found the urge to replace the CI table.

For me the main appeal is that you can install the SS rip fence on the aluminum table but not the CI table. Accessories like the table extension and circle cutter are also only made to use with the aluminum table. It's also 45% larger than the CI table and quite a bit lighter.

If I was shopping for a used bandsaw, I'd personally be looking for one with the aluminum table as purchasing the table upgrade sparely from SS costs ~$120:

Of course the CI table works fine for most needs and a rip fence can be slapped together with a 2"x4" and some clamps but personally having the aluminum table with the SS rip fence, I love it for it's ease of use (it's basically a shorter version of the 510 rip fence).

The person didn't click the button to have a random-generated e-mail address reply like most Craigslist postings...and then failed to add the contact info themselves in the posting  Note at the bottom of posting where it says "No Contact info?" - if you click the "Send Note" button, Craigslist will send the seller an e-mail telling them they failed to provide any contact info...presumably the person would then update the posting with the necessary info
